宜春学院国际教育学院《教师调停课管理规定》

为进一步加强国际教育学院的教学管理工作,稳定教学秩序,提高教学质量,促进教风建设,规范教师调停课办理手续,现作出如下规定:

第一条 教师应按事先上报的教学进程计划进行各项教学活动,完成教学任务,不得随意调停课。

第二条 教师因公外出或因事确实需要临时调停课者,应提前一周办理调停课手续。办理调停课手续流程如下(调课的内容包括事由、调整上课时间、上课地点或更换任课教师、停课等信息):

1、任课教师填报调停课申请表;

2、院领导审批;

3、学院保留第一联,教师保留第二联,由调停课教师通知涉及到的班级负责人,教务科核实。

第三条 教师因病、因事(突发性事件)无法事先提出书面报告而确实无法上课者,应提前告知教务科,并通知有关班级停课。教师应在口头提出申请后两天内办理调停课手续。

第四条 所有调停课或补课安排,应以不打乱总的教学秩序和影响教学效果为原则。补课时间不得过分集中,以免造成负担过重,影响教学效果。专职教师开学第一周非疾病原因原则上不允许申请调停课。如有特殊情况,须事先征得有关部门同意后,报教务科调整安排。

第五条 节假日前后原则上不得调停课;组织班级庆祝活动或旅游等活动一律不得调停课。

第六条 擅自调课、缺课、停课者或由他人代课者,一经发现按教学事故处理。

第七条 本办法自公布之日起施行,由国际教育学院负责解释。

The Notification about The Regulations of Courses Adjustment & Suspension of

School of International Education in Yichun University

In order to strengthen teaching management work, stable teaching order,Improve teaching quality and Promote the construction of teaching style and standard the handling procedure of teachers’ courses adjustment & suspension.

First, Teachers have to finish their teaching task according to the teaching syllabus and class timetables.No change shall be made arbitrarily by teachers.

Second, Teachers have to handle the procedures of courses adjustment or suspension before one week, if they really have some business to do temporary. The procedures as follows( The content of course transfer include reasontime of courses adjustmentcourse placeteacher adjustmentcourses suspension and so on):

1.Course teachers have to fill the application form of courses transfer & suspension.

2.Approved & checked by school leader

3.The first copy will be kept by school, Second copy be kept by teachers and course teacher have to inform related class leader and finally verified by teaching affairs office.

Third, teachers get sick or incident if they couldn’t provide application in advance, then they should inform teaching affairs office beforehand and inform related batch that courses will be suspended. Teachers should deal with the courses suspension procedures during the two days from the date when they ask leave from teaching affairs office.

Fourth, all the arrangement of mediate and make up courses shouldn’t impact the teaching orders and effect. The lessons which need to be made up shouldn’t be over-centralization and avoid excessive burden to impact teaching effect. School full-time teachers shouldn’t be allowed to apply for course changing.If there are special circumstances, teachers shall be subject to the consent of the relevant departments in advance and report to teaching affairs office to do adjustment arrangements.

Fifth, teachers shouldn’t transfer or suspend courses before or after holidays; Teachers shouldn’t transfer or suspend courses when any celebration activities or traveling organized by school.

Sixth, teachers who changes and suspends or even absent the course or tell someone to give courses instead of themselves will be considered teaching accident once be found.

Seventh, the measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation and shall be interpreted by the School of international education.
